Job Description :

IT’S MORE THAN A JOB! KellyOCG, a division of Kelly Services is looking for an individual who has the ability to act as an Associate Recruiter. You will work closely with the Recruiter and be responsible for initial screening of potential candidates for various client openings. You will also be responsible for identifying qualified candidates via the Applicant Tracking System. You will then present qualified candidates to the Recruiter and ensure a positive first point of contact experience for the candidates.

Experience/Requirements:

• Interfaces directly with the Recruiter to gain understanding of position requirements and maximizes candidate flow
• May work within the confines of the client Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify potential candidates
• Effectively reviews and prescreens applicants, moving qualified candidates to the Recruiter for the next hiring process step
• Identifies and screens candidates according to OFCCP guidelines
• Maintains understanding and execution of diversity and quality requirements
• Ensures compliance with legal and client regulations during identification and screening process

Technical:
• Must have the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software programs
• Operational experience with at least one Applicant Tracking System, multiple systems preferred
• Demonstrates solid business knowledge in multiple industries and effective business acumen
• Demonstrates knowledge of applicable employment laws according to OFCCP guidelines when applicable
• Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Utilizes Boolean searches within ATS

Professional:
• Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast paced, intense work environment and adapt to constant changes and competing priorities
• Must have a strong commitment to quality and ethical behavior and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills
• Excellent diction, grammar, pronunciation and articulation are required
• Possess upbeat and enthusiastic voice tone
• Must possess exceptional organizational, time management, administrative and customer service skills
• Ability to use effective listening skills to analyze responses during interviews and ask questions and/or rephrase comments to ensure understanding during interview
• Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with job seekers
• Demonstrates proven results in a positive and professional manner in a deadline-oriented environment

Skills/Experience:

• Required: 2+ years full life cycle recruiting experience within multiple Applicant Tracking Systems

• Staffing Industry or Corporate Recruiting experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing or Industrial industry is preferred

• Must be proficient with MS Office (Word) and Internet

• Effectively demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal and consultative skills

• Excellent diction, grammar, pronunciation and articulation
