SUMMARY OF POSITION


Assures maximum satisfaction of our internal and external customers by managing their expectations in order to achieve the objective of creating long-staying, loyal customers Handles day-to-day Berlitz Virtual Classroom (BVC) operations and performs customer service functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Retention Activities from enrollment to renewal

Provides basic lesson support for BVC instructors and students.
Maintains positive customer relations and ensures customer satisfaction
Conducts first lesson orientations
Schedules lessons for customers and instructors
Encourages customer re-enrollments
Operations

Enters and manages information in VSS, ACC, Adobe
Prepares and reconciles monthly status reports
SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPS
Reports To: Director, BVC US

Requirements Education: College degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
Proficiency in software applications such as LCMS, Word, Excel, knowledge of Interwise and Adobe products a plus
Previous customer service experience desirable
Second language a plus
Training: Virtual training provided; might be required to attend in-person training in Cincinnati.
